We are beyond excited to announce that our 3rd Mantra Rhythm Kirtan Meditation experience is coming again to Tamborine Mountain!
Join us for a joyful and uplifting evening of kirtan meditation! Rest your heart in sacred mantras, accompanied by a variety of fun and heart-warming tunes led by a bunch of friends who love sharing kirtan.
Throughout the night we will also explore a beautiful deep peace meditation, practicing breathing and relaxation techniques, as well as a short introduction to kirtan and the benefits of engaging in this powerful meditation practice.
Kirtan meditation is a globally practiced ancient form of musical mantra meditation that has been passed down from time immemorial, and is the most fun!
We will share a warm hearty vegetarian/vegan meal for dinner, and get a chance to socialize and make some new friends.
It’s a free event, so bring your whole family and all your friends and sing and dance your worries away with us!
