This course introduces Taranyali Krantam (Emerging of the Thunder Dragon). It is the first phase of the Threefold Meditations of the Thunder Dragon, Taranyali Tridha Dhyanam and is suitable for students with previous Shadow Yoga prelude or Nṛtta Sādhanā experience.

Schedule / Itinerary
Taranyali Krantam (Emerging of the Thunder Dragon) is the first phase of the Threefold Meditations of the Thunder Dragon, Taranyali Tridha Dhyanam. The karanas used here are based on the female boar deity Varāhi and cutlivate the region of the kanda, the sourse of all energetic flows (nādis) in the human form.
This course is suitable for those with some experience of the Shadow Yoga preludes or Nṛtta Sādhanā forms.
